Eleanor M. Buckley, 76, of Princeton passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 7 at the Atrium Senior Living Nursing Home, Princeton, NJ Born in Jersey City she was a longtime resident of Belleville, and Livingston, NJ. Daughter of the late Harold and Eleanor Jenning Schember; sister of the late, Harold, Francis, Robert, and William Schember, and sister JoanTroescher and wife of the late Paul D. Buckley, she is survived by her loving children; daughter Maureen Sikora and husband Michael; sons Kevin Buckley and his wife Jamie, Brian Buckley and his wife Nataliia and seven grandchildren, Timothy, Evan, Aidan and Shannon Buckley and Michael, Steven and Christina Sikora. She is also survived by her brother Thomas Schember, from Ocean, NJ. Eleanor was an executive assistant for many years, a devoted mother and wife. She will be remembered for her loving care and her commitment and love for her family. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for Eleanor on Wednesday, October 11, 2017 at 12 PM at the Church of St. Ann, 1253 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville, NJ. Visitation for family and friends will be from 11 AM to 12 PM in the daily chapel at the church. Cremation will be private. Memorial contributions may be made in Eleanor’s name to Bridge Academy, Lawrenceville, NJ or the St. Jude’s Make a Wish Foundation.
