Ann Brogel Obituary

Ann Brogel, formerly of Trenton, died peacefully at the home of her daughter Kimberly in Lawrenceville, surrounded by her family and friends.


Born in Trenton, she was a life long city resident having moved to Lawrence Township two months ago.


Ann, and her late husband Elmer, formerly owned and operated Ann's Hut, Babbling Brook Bar, Shangri-La Bar, and Black Jacks Bar, and Footsteps Shoe Store.


Ann later worked for the City of Trenton as a crossing guard retiring in 2005.


She enjoyed her trips to Atlantic City and Philadelphia Park.


Daughter of the late Anthony and Amelia Scarcelli DeLisa, wife of the late Elmer Brogel and sister of the late Thomas DeLisa, she is survived by a daughter and son-in-law Kimberly and Frank Seidl, and three grandchildren Brooke, Kolby and Frank Seidl. Also surviving are two brothers John and Anthony DeLisa, two sisters Bessy Cannon and Ida ""Tillie"" Azzaro, special nieces Kimmie Relak, Anna Marie Brachelli, and Marie Hyland, a special nephew Jimmy Cannon, and several nieces and nephews.


The funeral was private and entombment was in St. Mary's Cemetery Mausoleum in Hamilton.


Memorial contributions in Ann's memory may be made to the American Cancer Society, 3076 Princeton Pike, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648.
