Fredrick R. Wyckoff, 80, of Lawrenceville, died Wednesday at the Capital Health Medical Center Hopewell surrounded by his loving wife and family. Born in Trenton, he had resided in Lawrenceville since 1982. Fred retired in 1993 after fifteen years as an appliance repairman with the State of New Jersey Department of Human Services. Fred was an Army veteran and was stationed on Okinawa. He was a member of Trenton Lodge #5 F & AM and Scottish Rite Valley of Trenton. Fred loved playing solitaire and listening to audio books and watching television. Son of the late Jacob and Etta Morgan Wyckoff, he is survived by his loving wife Marie Pulone Wyckoff, several nieces and nephews including Sandra Loeber and Robert Rude, both of Ridgemanor, FL, Daniel Posluszny of Lawrenceville, and Christina Maver of Shamong. Funeral services for Fred will be held on Monday at 1 PM at Poulson & Van Hise Funeral Directors, 650 Lawrence Rd., Lawrenceville with Father Kevin Kimtus of The Church of St. Ann officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery in Hamilton. Family and friends may call on Monday from 12 noon to 1 PM at the funeral home. The family requests that memorial contributions in Fred’s memory be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, P.O. Box 1000, Dept, 142, Memphis, TN 33148-0142.
