Jan Wilczek, 85, of Staten Island, NY, passed away on Monday,  May 18, 2026 at Staten Island Senior Center, Staten Island, NY.

Born in Russia, he immigrated to the United States in 2000.  Jan was a former resident of Brooklyn, before moving to Staten Island.  He is a retiree of Staples.  Jan enjoyed traveling and spending time with his family.

Son of the late Francis and Anna Wilczek; he is survived by his wife Eugenia Wilczek, his children Marek, Jolanta, and Robert; eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at 10:30AM at St. Hedwig Church, 872 Brunswick Avenue, Trenton, NJ 08638.

Interment will be held at St. Hedwig Cemetery, Ewing Twp.

The visitation for Jan will be held on Wednesday morning from 9-10AM at Poulson & Van Hise Funeral Directors, 650 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648.
