Adam M. Kagan 70, of Hamilton, passed away on Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at Serenity Hospice at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in Hamilton.
Born in Katowice, Poland, Adam immigrated to the United States in 1994. He was a devoted parishioner of St. Hedwig Church. Adam found joy in many hobbies—playing chess and board games with his grandchildren, reading, collecting stamps, and spending time in nature. A true history enthusiast, he loved learning and sharing stories from the past.
Above all, Adam was a loving and dedicated husband, father, grandfather, and friend. His warmth, kindness, and steady presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Son of the late Zdzislaw and Janina Kagan; he is survived by his wife Kazimiera Kagan; his children and their spouses Agnieszka and Carlos Ramirez, Marcin Kagan (Julie Hines), and Anna and Jason Paynter; his grandchildren Filipe, Maciej, Izabela, Karina, Maya, and Michelle.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, January 3, 2026, at 10:30AM at St. Hedwig Church, 872 Brunswick Avenue, Trenton, NJ 08638.
Interment will be held at St. Hedwig Cemetery, Ewing Twp.
The visitation for Adam will be held on Saturday morning from 9-10AM at Poulson & Van Hise Funeral directors, 650 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Adam’s memory to Serenity Hospice, 56 Georgetown Road, Bordentown, NJ 08505.
