Jack W. Kaminski Obituary

Jack W. Kaminski, 65, of Lawrenceville, passed away peacefully on Sunday September 14, 2025 after a brief illness.


Jack has battled Multiple Sclerosis for the past 15 years, but continued to work for the New Jersey Lottery as a facilities coordinator. Born in Trenton, New Jersey, he was a long time resident of Ewing before moving to Lawrenceville.


A lifelong lover of the outdoors, Jack was an avid camper at national parks all across the U.S. and a dedicated fisherman who owned Brunswick Sports for 20 years. He was a frequent traveler across South America and Europe and a fan of live music of all kinds, from rock to classical. Jack always put others before himself and was willing to lend a helping hand to anybody in need.


Jack was the son of the late Wesley H. Kaminski. He is survived by his mother Christina Turska Kaminski; sister Halina Hamilton and husband Bill; nephews Brian Hamilton and their wife Allison Truj, and Justin Hamilton; dozens of lifelong friends and family members.


Funeral services will be held on Saturday September 20, 2025 at 10:30 AM at Poulson & Van Hise Funeral Directors located at 650 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville, New Jersey 08648


Burial will be held at St. Hedwig Cemetery located on Eggerts Crossing Road in Ewing, New Jersey.


The visitation for Jack will be held on Saturday September 20, 205 from 8:30 to 10:30 AM at Poulson & Van Hise Funeral Directors, 650 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville, New Jersey 08648. 


In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society or St. Hedwig Roman Catholic Church in Trenton.
