Patricia Lee Foy, 72, of Ewing, passed away peacefully with her family at her side on Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at Select Specialty Hospital, Willingboro, NJ.

Born in Trenton, Pat was a longtime resident of Ewing Twp.  She is a retiree of the Mercer County Library System, where she was a Managament Specialist/Supervising Librarian Assistant.  Pat enjoyed cooking, reading and family gatherings. She also enjoyed vacationing at Williamsburg VA, Chincoteague Island National Wildlife Refuge, Whale Watching off Cape Code MA, Virginia Beach with ocean views, Neptune Festival in Virginia and cruising the Caribbean.  Pat was very proud of her family’s achievements, and her UK and Native American Heritage.

Daughter of the late Herbert and Edith Carver; she is survived by her husband Guy Foy; three sons Albert and his wife Wanda, Jeremy, Justin and his wife Kate; seven grandchildren Brittney (Casey), Zackery (Sarah), Alyssa (Cody), Noah, AJ, Abby, and Christian; eight great-grandchildren Eva, Thea, Chelsea, Mia, Stefan, Lawson, Cash, and Saylor; her sister Fran Carver and her partner Sarah Chianese; her sister-in-law Barbara (Rick) Nuttall and family; lifelong family friend Shawn Feehan (Nicole) and family.

Funeral services for Pat will be held on Sunday, September 14, 2025, at 3PM at Poulson & Van Hise Funeral Directors, 650 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648.

Interment will be held at Greenwood Cemetery, Hamilton.

The visitation will be held on Sunday afternoon from 1-3PM and again on Monday morning from 10-10:30AM  at Poulson & Van Hise Funeral Directors, 650 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648.  A graveside service will be held on Monday morning at 11AM at the cemetery.
