Jadwiga Marusa, 85, of Hamilton, NJ, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 20, 2025 at home surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Katy Podlaskie, Poland, she immigrated to the United States in 1995.

Daughter of the late Stanislaw and Bronislawa Darmetko, wife of the late Henryk Marusa; she is survived by her children and their spouses Krystyna and Jozef Swiecica, Bozena and Antoni Mieczkowski, Jaroslaw and Teresa Marusa, Donata and Adam Poreda; her grandchildren Artur and Mariusz Swiecica, Marta and Aneta Mieczkowska, Natalia and Patryk Marusa, Amanda and Emily Poreda; her great-granddaughter Hannah.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, August 23, 2025 at 10:00AM at St. Hedwig Church, 872 Brunswick Avenue, Trenton, NJ 08638.

 Interment will follow at St. Hedwig Cemetery, Ewing Twp., NJ.

The visitation for Jadwiga will be held on Saturday morning from 8-9:30AM at Poulson & Van Hise Funeral Directors, 650 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648.
