Obituary of Czeslaw Witaszek

Czeslaw Witaszek, 73, of Lawrenceville, passed away on Thursday, June 26, 2025 at home.

Born in Zabrnie, Poland, he immigrated to the United States in 1992.  He worked in construction as a roofer for many years, and later retired from Lawrence Tool and Mold, where he was an assembler.  Czeslaw was a parishioner at St. Hedwig Church for many years.  Some of his hobbies included fishing, boating and gardening.

Son of the late Stefan and Genowefa Witaszek, husband of the late Halina Witaszek; he is survived by his children Piotr Witaszek, Wojciech and Annette Witaszek, Tomasz and Marta Witaszek, and Agnieszka Witaszek; his brother and sister-in-law Ryszard and Boguslawa Witaszek and family; his beloved grandchildren Biakna, Nicolas and Gabriella Witaszek; his brother-in-law Pawel Sukiennik.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, July 1, 2025 at 11:00AM at St. Hedwig Church, 872 Brunswick Avenue, Trenton, NJ 08638.

Interment will be held at St. Hedwig Cemetery, Ewing Twp., NJ.

The visitation for Czeslaw will be held on Tuesday morning from 9:00-10:30AM at Poulson & Van Hise Funeral Directors, 650 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648.
