Obituary of Ilona Kramlik
Ilona Kramlik, 92, of Las Vegas, Nevada, passed away on Sunday, June 1, 2025 at St. Rose Dominican Hospital Siena Campus, Henderson, NV.
Born in Hungary, Ilona worked with her husband, a porcelain artist and painter in Herend, Hungary. Once the family arrived in New Jersey from Vienna, Austria, Balint Kramlik worked with Boehm and Ispanky before opening Kramlik Porcelain in Hamilton, New Jersey. Ilona and her family all became proud citizens. She worked tirelessly to assist her husband as he created original sculptures and paintings on porcelain that were presented to the Vatican, many heads of State as well as Presidents. Ilona was a model mother of four outstanding children, four grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews both in the United States and Hungary. Most family and friends affectionately refereed to her as “ANYU”. She was a beautiful friend, an amazing cook and pastry chef. There are so many more accolades for this cherished woman, but we can sum it up by saying farewell to a special lady.
Wife of the late Balint Kramlik, mother of the late Balint I. Kramlik; she is survived by her children Klara Kramlik Giovacchini and her husband Louis, Erika Kramlik Sanbrotti and her husband Daniel, Suzanne Kramlik O’Hara and her husband Joseph; her grandchildren Alesha Garity, Jill Ann Sanbrotti, Michael Szmauz and his wife Keleigh, and Rachel Buccola and her husband John; her great-grandchildren Corey Tulband, Jr., and Lily Szmauz.
