Sonya E. Paszkiewicz, 50, of Lawrenceville, passed away on Friday, May 16, 2025 at Penn Medicine, Princeton Hospital with her Mom and Brother by her side.

Born in Trenton, NJ, she was a lifelong Lawrenceville area resident. Sonya attended Lawrence Public Schools and Villa Victoria Academy. She was an avid animal lover and rescued many cats and birds.  Sonya was a volunteer at the Thompson Neely House for friends in Washington Crossing Park.

Daughter of the late Barry Paszkiewicz, she is survived by her mother Patricia L. Sayles; her brother Walter H. Paszkiewicz; her uncles Dwight Sayles; her cousins Philip Sayles, Dawn Sayles and Dwight Sayles, III.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, May 22, 2025 at 11:00AM at The Church of St. Ann, 1253 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648.

Interment will be held privately.

Visitation for Sonya will be held on Thursday morning from 10-11AM at the church.
