Obituary of Thomas W. Wilson, Jr.
Thomas W. Wilson, Jr., 79, of Lawrenceville, suddenly passed away on March 31, 2025, surrounded by family.
Born in Shreveport, Louisiana, Thomas was a longtime resident of New York, NY, before moving to Lawrenceville this past March.
Thomas appreciated all things beautiful in life, whether nature, art, friendships, or love. He was always present in every moment and never failed to give his full attention to the people around him. Thomas provided warmth and kindness to everyone and lit up every space he entered. He had many interests in life, but Thomas was most passionate about his creative work. He was a talented graphic designer, painter, and photographer and produced hundreds of works of art. Thomas was particularly passionate about the latest research in quantum physics and enjoyed coming up with his own theories about how the universe worked. In his later years, Thomas loved spending time with his grandson, Oliver, and delighted in watching him grow up.
The son of the late Thomas W. Wilson, Sr., and Lona Moore, Thomas is survived by his former spouse, Mia Wilson; his loving daughter, Jasmine Bues, and her husband, Jonathan Bues; his grandson, Oliver Bues; and his brother, John Wilson.
Funeral services will be private.
