Q: What will you never forget about Eleanor?
A: As Eleanor Anderson's son-in-law, I will remember her as a remarkably kind, exceptionally thoughtful, and wonderfully adventurous woman. I'll always cherish the memory of her sweet voice as she sang at Shawn and my marriage celebration. Her spirited nature shone brightly when she joined us kayaking at the age of 83. Even after I clumsily bumped into her kayak, she was clearly annoyed but was gracious and made a joke.
Eleanor was incredibly thoughtful, never forgetting my birthday, always sending a heartfelt card and calling. She was an exceptional mother. She raised a wonderful son, my beloved husband, Shawn. We will all miss her dearly.
