Obituary of Gabriel J. Baffuto

Gabriel J. Baffuto, 77, of Lawrenceville, passed away on August 21, 2021 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Hamilton. Gabriel was born in Bronx, NY before moving to NJ where he lived most of his life. He enjoyed a long career in the restaurant business. In his retirement he enjoyed the company of his family and friends, spending time at his vacation home in Marco Island, FL, cheering on his beloved Yankees, and playing pickle ball. He is predeceased by his son Gabriel Baffuto; his parents Gabriel and Josephine Baffuto; and his brothers Frankie and Joseph Baffuto; Gabriel is survived by his wife Barbara Baffuto; his four sons David Baffuto and his wife Margaret, Joseph Baffuto and his wife Jessica, Mark Baffuto, and Peter Baffuto; his daughter Michelle Baffuto and her husband Mike Partyka; his grandchildren Cameron, David, Amelia, Genna, Gabriel, Joseph, and Michael; his sister Josephine Sullivan and her partner Amy Pratico; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family. A Catholic Prayer Service will be held for Gabriel on Friday morning at 11:30AM at Holy Cross Burial Park Mausoleum, 830 Cranberry South River Road, Jamesburg. Attendees are asked to arrive to the mausoleum chapel no later than 11:15AM.
