Wayne W. Yenny, 68, of Hamilton, NJ passed away unexpectedly from a heart attack on Thursday, January 9, 2020 at home in Cape May Court House, NJ. Born in Trenton, NJ, Wayne was a resident of Trenton/Hamilton for 25 years. He graduated from Mercer County Community College in 1972 with a degree in Computer Science and worked for Hill Refrigeration. He decided to change vocations to work in the hotel/casino industry and relocate to Cape May Court House, NJ where he has resided for the past 43 years. Wayne was a devoted son, brother, uncle, and friend. His passion was running, biking, yoga, and fitness. He was also an excellent chess player enjoying many hours studying the game, or playing with a challenging opponent. He was a kind gentle soul that always had a positive word or smile to give. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him. Wayne is survived by his mother Mary Yenny; his brother Gary Yenny and wife Caryl; his nephew Michael Yenny; his niece Michelle Yenny, and his great niece Whitney Yenny. He is predeceased by his father William W. Yenny; brothers William J. Yenny, and Ronald Yenny. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 11, 2021 at 12:30 a.m. at the Poulson and Van Hise Funeral Directors, 650 Lawrence Road (Route 206), Lawrenceville, NJ. Interment will follow at Fountain Lawn Memorial Park 545 Eggerts Crossing Road Ewing, NJ. Family and friends may call on Saturday from 11:00 am until the time of the service at the funeral home.
