Alfred W. Muskewitz, 82, of Lawrenceville, passed away on Sunday, July 5, 2020 at Capital Health Medical Center, Hopewell. Born in Trenton, NJ, he was a lifelong area resident. Alfred is a retiree from Lehigh Valley Dairy, where he was employed as a milkman for many years. After retirement, he went back to work for JM Distributors in Bensalem, PA, and Rick’s Bus Company/Student First in Trenton. Alfred was a member of Lacey Elks 2518, a parishioner at The Church of St. Ann and a former driver with Lawrence Road Volunteer Fire Company. He previously enjoyed playing slow-pitch softball in Lawrence Twp. and the leagues throughout Mercer County. Some of his hobbies included fishing and boating. Predeceased by parents Alfred and Betty Muskewitz, his brother Dean Muskewitz; he is survived by his wife Marlene Muskewitz; two sons Alfred Dean Muskewitz and Michael John Muskewitz his daughter-in-law Mary Colleen Muskewitz; his brother and sister-in-law Ronald and Roberta Muskewitz, his sister Judith Thoms; several nieces, nephews and cousins. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, July 10, 2020 at 11AM at The Church of St. Ann 1253 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648. Entombment will follow at Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery Mausoleum, Hamilton, NJ. The viewing for Alfred will be held on Friday morning from 9-11 AM in the daily chapel at the church. Please follow all social distancing guidelines, and masks must be worn at all times.
