Mary had a good sense of humor, great laugh, a beautiful smile, great taste in clothes and furniture of great quality; in my mind's eye I still can see a few specific items when I think of Mary. I met Mary because of her sister, Debra (who I've shared a long-lasting friendship since before college); Mary became a friend, as well, when I watched her young children Scott and Vanessa during my college years! To this very day, I use and serve dinner meals from the wonderful wicker/rattan serving tray (which came w/ ice-tea glass tumblers & spoons wrapped in wicker holders, as well); a quality ensemble gift from Mary when I graduated from college back in 1980. It is a gift that keeps on giving! Most recently, I shared this story with Mary and she was so surprised I still have and use it nightly; we had a sweet moment together; another lasting memory. Until we see each other again, may you rest in peace Mary... Love Always, C~
