It was with sadness that I learned of the passing of a great woman, Diana Ionata. Diana was ahead of her time in terms of expressing assertiveness as a female in a productive way. I worked with Diana at New Jersey National Bank- Ewing Office. She was a professional with a work ethic that was unmatched. Over the years, I was her work colleague and then her supervisor and she was a pleasure to work with always. She took care of her customers and got to know each one and always went the extra mile to help them with offering great service. It was also evident how much she loved her family and she spoke fondly of her children. She truly was "One of a Kind" and I know your family will miss her spirit but take heart in the fact that she left you with a great legacy just by being the great person she was!

Dear Maria and Ionata Family, I have had the pleasure of knowing your lovely mother over the years through my close friendship with Maria. Diana was a most gracious and lovely woman who truly inspired me after our conversations. She freely expressed her gratitude for the many blessings she had and was such a positive woman. And she really loved and appreciated her family. It became quite evident how your ongoing devotion served to provide her with the support and love which helped her do as well as she did. Its not very often one meets such an extraordinary person, who despite her significant health challenges, did not allow them to defeat her fighting spirit nor positive attitude. She will be missed and yet remembered so warmly. May the wonderful memories of times shared with your mother lift your spirits and bring each of you a sense of joy and peace.
